PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal computer(PC) capable of enabling a use inexperienced in the operation of a computer to easily start a program. SOLUTION: The LCD PC is provided with at least one input button arranged on a casing and electrically connected to an I/O controller in order to generate a start signal and an input button or starting an application program(AP) capable of using an operating system(OS) for displaying a visible image on an LCD device by sending the start signal to a processor through the I/O controller when the input button is depressed so that the OS starts the AP.
