PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform blind processing while automatically masking an unwanted picture part on a display screen. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a function for detecting the change of a pixel value on a line segment connecting the peripheral side and central side of a display image for display image data having the different distributing states of pixel values on the peripheral side and central side of the display screen, a function for identifying the peripheral side and the central side from the pixel value change and a function for converting image data on the peripheral side to setting data and displaying them as display data together with image data on the central side. Then, a part where the pixel value rapidly changes is found by investigating the change of pixel value, a significant picture part and a non-significant picture part are identified from this change part, the non-significant picture part is masked and the significant picture part is displayed so that the display image can be made more visible by automatically performing blind processing. |
