PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness with a grommet with a high water cutoff property. SOLUTION: The wire harness 4 is attached with a water cutoff grommet that seals clearances between wires. The grommet 1 is made by molding and bridging ethylene-propylene-diene copolymerized rubber composite comprising 7 to 50 parts in mass of an active hydrogen-containing compound with melting point or softening point of 50 deg.C or higher contained in 100 parts of ethylene- propylene-diene copolymer, and liquid resin sealant 6 is polyurethane of dual- liquid curing type subjected to hardening reaction of poly-isocyanate, expressed by the formula A, and polyol with the ratio of the former to the latter being 1.1 to 3.
