PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a control system capable of effectively using a capacity of an instruction center in a control system especially for an optical measurement instrument or an optical observation instrument having plural control units 3, 4, 5, 6. SOLUTION: At least one control unit 3 with a master function is built in an information transmitting circuit between an instruction center 1 and the control units 4, 5, 6, and the control unit is configured so as to be connected with at least one of the control units 4, 5, 6 for grasping the situation data and also connected with the instruction center 1 for transmitting the grasped situation data, and the system makes not only the instruction center 1 exclusively undertake 'polling' for grasping the situation in real time but makes also the applicable control unit 3 having the master function share the job at least by limiting time or restricting the unit only to a specific process.
