PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of a motor by reducing the core loss without using an armature core at a stator in an outer rotor permanent magnet motor. SOLUTION: A stator 14 is disposed inside a rotor 12 for fixing a permanent magnet 11 to the inner periphery of a field outer shell 10. Permanent magnets of the rotor 12 are disposed circumferentially at equal intervals, and adjacent permanent magnets 11 have different polarities. The stator 14 fixes a cylindrical part 14c of an electrically insulating member and a teeth 14a extended from the part 14c in the outer circumferential direction in the outer periphery of a columnar yoke 14b at a center, and executes a concentrated winding on the teeth 14a with a winding 13 for generating a rotary magnetic field. The distance a from the inner peripheral side corder of the magnet 11 to the inner peripheral side corner of the adjacent magnet 11 is longer than the distance b from the outer periphery of the yoke 14 to the inner peripheral side face of the magnet 11.
