PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a three-dimensional image display device with which the reproduction of false images is prevented without lowering the brightness of reproduced images. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional image display device forms aerial images corresponding to original pictures by a lens array 10 constituted by arranging plural lens elements and the original pictures 30 recorded or displayed with the microinverted images or Fourier transform images of the reproduced image in correspondence to the individual lens elements constituting the lens array. The display device has lens element separators 20 which execute light shielding by each of the individual lens elements and the corresponding original pictures 30 between the lens array and the original pictures.
