PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber bending jig capable of preventing the reduction of transmission efficiency of light or the damage of the optical fiber by not independently bending the optical fiber at a bending radius of an allowable value or less and an inexpensive optical fiber bending member capable of preventing the reduction of transmission efficiency of light or the damage of the optical fiber by fixing the optical fiber to a wire harness so as not to become the bending radius of the allowable value or less when the optical fiber is attached to the wire harness. SOLUTION: The bending jig 13 is composed of an L shaped planar member 14 capable of abutting on the outer peripheral part of the bending section of the wire harness 12 and a projection member 15 which is erected in the planar member 14 and has a cylindrical contact part 15a bending the optical fiber 11 so as to become a prescribed bending radius.
