PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb the misalignment of an oil hole that is different for each AT casing in an oil cooler for ATF. SOLUTION: A bolt hole 153 is provided at a site deviating from a site corresponding to an oil cooler body 101 of a bearing surface plate 150, and at the same time an inlet 121 where cooling water flows into a casing 120 and an outlet 122 where the cooling water flows out are provided. As a result, a hole that should be formed on a second plate 140 can be set simply to first and second oil holes 140a and 140b, thus setting the opening area of the first and second oil holes 140a and 140b to a sufficiently large value, and hence fully absorbing difference for each AT casing even if the misalignment dimensions of oil holes 201 and 202 at the side of an AT casing 200 to oil inlet and outlet ports of an oil cooler 100 (a core 110) are large.
