PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a structural body of a building from becoming rickety, when a pillar of the wooden building connected by a bolt is dried to shrinkage. SOLUTION: A spring washer having a flat ring-shaped brim part and many tongue pieces displaced in an axial direction toward the center direction inside the brim part is interposed between a bolt inserted in a member to be connected and a nut, an internal diameter of an almost circular bolt hole formed by a tip end of each tongue piece of this spring washer is set to a diameter slightly larger than the bolt, this constitution is so formed that this tip end part can hold an external diameter of the bolt from the outward when prescribed displacement is given to each tongue piece.
