PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a fixed subject of automatic control panel or the like on a fixed surface without necessity for skillfulness, with ease and in a short time. SOLUTION: In the case of mounting on a wall surface 3 of an automatic control panel 1, a mounting member 6 is used as two sets. Continued surface of the mounting member 6 connecting end parts 6-2, 6-3 is formed in trapezoidal sectional shape, its central part 6-4 is provided with an opening 6-1. An anchor bolt 2 is buried in the wall surface 3, the mounting members 6, 6 are inserted in the anchor bolt 2 buried in a part with no flatness appearing to be combined so as to separate the central part 6-4 and make both the end parts 6-2, 6-3 abut, the automatic control panel 1 is mounted through a hole opened to its back surface in the anchor bolt 2 with these mounting members 6, 6 inserted, and a nut 4 is tightened from inside the automatic control panel 1.
