PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide storage drainage pump equipment and a pump capable of easily reducing vibrations and noises at work time. SOLUTION: This storage drainage pump equipment 1 used for draining a flooding anticipative river 100 being an objective water area is provided with a float 40 floated on the objective water area, a drainage pump 20 being arranged in the objective water area in a state of being suspended by the float 40 and having a suction port 24 and a delivery port 25 almost parallel to a liquid level when arranged in the objective water area and a generator 11 as a driving unit for driving the drainage pump 20, and a strainer 27 having a blind patch part 31 formed so as to be positioned on the liquid level side when arranged in the objective water area, is installed in the suction port 24 of the drainage pump 20.
