PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the point at issue that a sheet material is lifted due to the vibrations or the like of the drilling of a core drill because a conventional working jig is fixed onto a concrete foundation by sticking onto the sheet material, the fixing of the working jig is displaced and moved by the peeling or the like of a part and there is possibility that the position of a hole for a support gets out of order. SOLUTION: In the hole working-jig fixture for the fence support, the fixture is composed of the working jig C of a hole for the fence support guiding the core drill D drilling the mounting hole of the fence support and positioning the position of the drilling of the fence support, a rotating disk 1, in which the working jig is installed at a central position in the longitudinal direction, a rotating arm 2 oppositely faced to the rotating disk and two angles 3, 4 pinching the side face of the drilled concrete foundation, and a parallelogram capable of being displaced by the rotating disk, the rotating arm and the two angles is formed.
