PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column-to-beam connection structure for a connection between a column made of steel reinforced concrete and a steel beam or a beam made of steel reinforced concrete, which structure can be greatly simplified, is easy to construct and is dynamically plained in high reliability. SOLUTION: H-shaped steel where the plate thickness t1 of a web 1b and the plate thickness t2 of a flange 1a have a relation of 1.1<=(t1/t2)<=2.0 and whose height and width are not more than 50% of the column width is used as a column steel frame 1 made of steel reinforced concrete. The end of a strong-axis-side steel beam 2 is directly connected to the flange 1a of the column steel frame 1 by welding or the like. The plate thickness of the web 1b of the column steel frame 1 is set to be sufficiently great to allow the end of even a weak-axis-side steel beam 3 to be directly connected to the web 1b of the column steel frame 1 by welding or the like.
