PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectronic panel which occupies a small area for the circuit and can be driven with low power consumption. SOLUTION: Firstly, a switch element 74 is made on-state, to charge DAC capacitance CD and liquid crystal capacitance CX with a reset voltage Vr (1st process). Secondly, the switch element 74 is made from on-state to off-state, to charge the DAC capacitance CD with a set voltage Va (2nd process). Next, a switch element 73 is made off-state, while the switch element 74 is made on-state (3rd process). Next, the switch element 74 is made on-state, to charge the DAC capacitance CD with the set voltage Va again (4th process). Hereafter, the 3rd and 4th processes are repeated.
