摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a deep layer servo system magnetic recording medium wherein a servo layer and a spacer layer are difficult to be peeled from a non-magnetic substrate. SOLUTION: In the deep layer servo system magnetic recording medium having a structure wherein the servo layer is separated from a magnetic recording layer, a thin film layer made of a prescribed material is formed on the non-magnetic substrate to form the thin film magnetic layer between the non- magnetic substrate and the servo layer. Thus, the structure wherein the servo layer and the spacer layer are difficult to be peeled from the non-magnetic substrate can be obtained.
