<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal vibrator which has superior vibration characteristics and a small resistance value. SOLUTION: When the top surface of a ceramic case 3 and the outer peripheral part of a lid 1 are jointed via a metallized layer 4 and a solder material 5, the solder material 5 is fused with an electron beam to joint the lid, while forming an open part at a part of the entire outer periphery and then the open part is jointed for airtight sealing.</p> |
