PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the auction transaction of a secondhand construction machine while utilizing a communication system with the feeling of presence as if really conducting the transaction on the site. SOLUTION: A managing computer 2 for managing auction and buyer computer 1 are connected through the Internet 3 and on the basis of buying prices from buyers, a bid for the secondhand construction machine of a transaction object is accepted under management of the managing computer. When the managing computer 2 receives buying prices, the highest price in buying price information is successively selected and provided to the buyer computers participating in the auction and each of buyer computers successively updates and displays this highest buying price on a screen 10. Besides, the number of participants participating in the auction and the conditions of the auction progress are displayed on the screens of the buyer computers as well. |
