PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building selection assist system which can speedily present a building suitable to a land where a person who is going to buy a building tries to construct the building without much troubling the person. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with an input part 2 to which information specifying a land is inputted, a 1st database DB1 stored with various environment information regarding lands, a 2nd data base DB2 stored with building article information including information on proper decisions on the mentioned environment information, a building selecting process part 1 which selects one or more buildings by contrasting the proper decision information with the obtained environment information, and an output part 3 which outputs all or some of pieces of building article information on the selected buildings. |
