PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication apparatus miniaturized, lightened and capable of high speed data communication without disturbing radio communication. SOLUTION: A clock controller 3 receives the radio frequency information of a radio communication device 6 from an information communication device 5. Besides, the operating clock frequency of a main CPU 4 is detected. When the multiplied operating clock frequency is matched with a radio frequency, the voltage of the operating clock of the main CPU 4 is lowered to a minimum, with which the operation of the main CPU 4 is guaranteed. Clock frequency shift or frequency modulation can be performed as well.
