PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily constitute a feedback type oscillation circuit. SOLUTION: This circuit has a microstrip line 9 connected to a signal input terminal 101 of a transistor 10, a microstrip line 14 connected to a signal output terminal 102, and a dielectric resonator 4 which is coupled with the microstrip lines 9 and 14 in terms of high frequencies, and the microstrip lines 9 and 14 are provided with patterns 11 and 17, which branch off from the microstrip lines 9 and 14 at arbitrary angles.
