PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where both sensitivity and reliability cannot be satisfied since a deposition electrode, a flame-spraying electrode, and a metal foil electrode are formed on the plane of a compound piezoelectric sheet in a conventional flexible piezoelectric element. SOLUTION: The flexible piezoelectric element consist of a compound piezoelectric sheet 3 where piezoelectric ceramic powder 2 is mixed into a macromolecular middle base material 1, and an electrode 4 that is arranged on both the surface of the compound piezoelectric sheet 3, and at least one surface of the electrode 4 is made uneven, thus improving sensitivity and reliability.
