PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is necessary to have experience in the setting of a control parameter, and it is impossible to stably control the process unless the change of the control parameter is operated according to the situation of the load of the process in an automatic controller. SOLUTION: An operation output is inputted to a phase reference part having three auxiliary parts simulating the process so that a reference signal can be generated, and the reference signal is sampled by a sampler so that the change rate can be calculated. Then, a raw compensation signal is calculated from the change rate, and a deviation signal separately calculated from a process value and a set value is added to the raw compensation signal so that a compensation signal can be obtained, and the compensation signal is inputted to a control arithmetic part so that the operation output can be calculated by a PID arithmetic operation or the like. Thus, it is possible to compensate the phase delay of the process by advancing the control phase of the operation output, and to enlarge the adaptive range of the process.
