PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash light emitting device, preventing an electric substrate from being broken by external force by providing the electrical substrate with a prescribed flexible part. SOLUTION: This flash light emission device is provided with a pedestal 6, a capacitor 3 for emitting flash light, and the electric substrate 1 fixed on the pedestal 6, including an electrical element for charging the capacitor 3 and provided with flexible notched parts 1a and 1b, where the capacitor 3 is fixed directly.
