PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for inspecting the flaw of a transparent pipe, capable of easily inspecting the flaw on the rear side of a specimen at a region filled with an opaque filler in an non-contact state, even if the specimen is filled with the opaque filler such as a chemical agent or the like without rotating the specimen. SOLUTION: The apparatus for inspecting the flaw of the transparent pipe is equipped with an irradiation means for irradiating the transparent pipe 1 filled with the opaque filler 11 with light from an obliquely upward region, the mirror member 4 arranged under the opaque filler 11, and imaging means 31, 32 for imaging the reflected light from the transparent pipe 1 filled with the opaque filler 11 and the mirror member 4. The mirror member 4 is arranged so that the reflected light of a region, where the reflected light from the transparent pipe 1 is not directly imaged by the imaging means 31, 32, is reflected by the imaging means 31, 32.
