PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make miniaturization capable by eliminating waste of a screw top and so making its wrong assembly preventable. SOLUTION: A screw top 2 energized by a spring 3, by inserting a bolt 5 to a base 1, is moved in an opposite energizing direction along a slope 1e of a cone-shaped hole 1f formed in the base 1, and then moved in an energizing direction, to tighten the bolt 5. The spring 3, by retaining it with a cap 4 having a bolt insertion hole 4b to be mounted in the base 1, energizes the screw top 2 in a contracting direction of a diameter, a diameter of the slope 1e is gradually decreased toward an insertion side of the bolt 5 inserted to the base 1, the screw top 2 is one piece molded in divided shape dividing a nut, a half doughnut-shaped part 1d oppositely facing to this screw top 2 is formed in the base 1.
