PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal and a data transmission method by which data such as an electronic mail is transmitted without the need for a user to pay attention to a power supply voltage level. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal using a battery for a power supply is provided with a detection means 103 that detects a voltage level of the battery, which is the power supply, a main control means 105 that discriminates a difference between the voltage level detected by the detection means and a specified value. A transmission suspention control means 107 that does not start the transmission stores the transmission data to a storage means as transmission-suspending data when the main control means discriminates that the detected voltage level is les than a specified level so as to maintain the standby state with respect to a transmission request of the transmission data. The suspending data transmission control means 107 wirelessly transmits the transmission-suspending data stored in the storage means when the main control means discriminates that the detected voltage reaches a level more than the specified level after the standby state is maintained. |
