PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct color measurement with simple constitution while moving test paper. SOLUTION: This instrument has a test paper holding table 3 set to be capable of going and returning motion, lock mechanisms 3b, 13 capable of locking the table 3 to a test paper measuring instrument body 1 when the table 3 is moved upto one end, and capable of releasing the lock by pushing the table in further, a gear 14 built in with a coil spring for energizing the table 3 elastically along a direction jumped out from the one end, and a gear 15 with a damper for conducting braking action for movement of the table 3. Since the lock- released table 3 is jumped out at a substantially fixed speed under a condition where the test paper 4 is held, the optical measurement is carried out during this interval. |
