PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance degrees of freedom in the case of processing transmitted/ received data. SOLUTION: In the case of sending data, an interface section 22 from a data storage section 12 feely rewrites stored contents of a read control table, references the read control table to allow a table storage section 23 to read a data block written in the data storage section 12 through designation it an input block area and a sequential block area according to the read sequence information and the priority information thereby transmitting an SDTICP stream to a data destination. In the case of receiving data, contents of a write control table are freely rewritten, a write control table defining the relation among write sequence information and data kind information write area information is referred to write the received data to a storage area, data are read from a storage area decided from an output sequence and outputted from output sections.
