PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash attaching construction and a sash fixing anchor capable of definitely preventing cracking, swelling or the like in neighboring concrete due to expansion and contraction especially for vinyl chloride sash. SOLUTION: A vinyl chloride sash 3 is installed to an opening 2 in a wall body 1 made of PC panel. And a plurality of anchors 4 sticking out to peripheral concrete in outer side portion of each frame member of top rail 3a, bottom rail 3b and right and left stiles 3c are attached at predetermined intervals.
