PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain wall preventing rainwater from entering through joints. SOLUTION: A horizontal joint HJ and a vertical joint VJ between panels 30 are closed by gaskets 50 and 10, respectively. The gasket 10 for the vertical joint has a projection 12 in the center along its cross direction, which is sandwiched between the side face parts of the right and left panels and elastically deformed in the horizontal direction; the gasket 10 also has raised parts 11 on both sides along its cross direction, which are elastically deformed under the pressure of the back face parts 33 of the right and left panels and pressed against a joint bar 20. The gasket 50 for the horizontal joint is bonded to a receiving groove 47 provided in the lower portion of the upper panel, and abuts a receiving seat 37 while being elastically deformed, the receiving seat formed at the upper end of the lower panel. Receiving seats 37D are cut in positions on both sides of each panel along the horizontal direction to form gaps G. An isobaric space EV surrounded by the back face parts 33 of the panels 30, the planar part of the gasket 10, the raised parts 11, and the projection 12 communicates with the space portions V of the vertical joint VJ and the horizontal joint HV via the gaps G. Since the isobaric space EV on the back has a pressure equal to pressures within the space portions V, no pressure difference that may suck rainwater W falling therein is created.
