PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to be convenient and make communication at a very low cost by receiving the differential signal of a DGPS emergency aviso service and a Web (web) service by means of the hiatus telephone of teletex broadcasting. SOLUTION: In the emergency aviso system having an emergency aviso mobile station for transmitting emergency information and an emergency aviso center for receiving the emergency information, the emergency aviso mobile station is provided with a teletex broadcasting communication means.
