PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a burner having satisfactory cleaning properties to boiling over of broth and the like, high thermal efficiency and wide variable range of combustion quantity. SOLUTION: A material having water-repellent performance is used for a gastight fit part 22 to prevent broth and the like from entering this gastight fit part 22. Moreover, the outer diameter of a boiling over-preventing body 13 is made to have the larger size than that of the outer diameter of a combustion surface 12 of a burner cap 17, and the combustion surface 12 is covered to secure high thermal efficiency and prevent broth and the like from entering the inside of a burner port part 11.
