PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile terminal that can do without describing a destination dial number with one-touch operation dial registration and automatically eliminate an inconvenience where the one-touch operation dial registration function remains ineffective by the deletion of an abbreviation dial registration. SOLUTION: The facsimile terminal is provided with an abbreviation dial function that registers a destination dial number corresponding to an abbreviation number, a one-touch operation dial function that uses an abbreviation number to register a dial procedure of one or a plurality of dial numbers through programming, and a program correction means that retrieves a program describing the abbreviation number relating to the deletion when the dial number registered corresponding to the abbreviation number has been deleted so as to delete or correct the program.
