PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seam type folded plate roof material performing connection between translucent synthetic resin seam type folded plate roof materials easily and accurately and providing an excellently watertight connection structure in construction of a skylight window for daylighting in the seam type folded plate roof. SOLUTION: In the synthetic resin seam type folded plate roof material, rising pieces are formed upward in the end edge parts of crest parts connected to both side parts of a trough part, and a large bent piece part is formed in the upper end of one rising piece, while in the upper end of the other rising piece, a small bent piece part is formed in a water cut-off end part whose tip part is bent downward. Connection between the opposite end parts of the seam type folded plate roof materials is carried out without any seaming process, when a metal cap is clamped while the large bent piece part of one seam type folded plate roof material is put on the outer circumferential face of an upper end bent part of a clip and the small bent piece part of the other seam type folded plate roof material is set along the lower face of the clip.
