PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection fitting for a concrete segment capable of preventing the occurrence of an aperture phenomenon between both the concrete segments by effectively preventing the deformation of the fitting body, a lateral side wall and the like while suppressing the weight of the connection fitting and cost increase. SOLUTION: The fitting body 1 is integrally provided with the right and left lateral side walls 2a extending to the rear side of a face opposed to the connected fitting of one concrete segment and boss parts 7, 8 projecting to the rear side. The other concrete segment of the side of the fitting body 1 is connected to one concrete segment by inserting bolts in the bolt insertion holes 9, 10 of the center of the boss part to be screwed, and the ratio of the thickness T in the penetration direction of the bolt insertion holes 9, 10 in the boss parts 7, 8 to respective length L up to the inner face of the center of the bolt insertion holes 9, 10 to the inner face of the right and left lateral side walls 2a is set (T/L)>=1.0 in the directional view of the axial centers L1, L2 of the bolt insertion holes 9, 10.
