PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercharged engine with an EGR device capable of integrating an EGR control and a supercharging control by relating the EGR control and the supercharging control, and reducing NOx and smoke in exhaust gas by conducting suitable EGR even when an engine operating state is in a transition stage. SOLUTION: This engine 1 comprises EGR control means 31, 32 for adjusting an EGR ratio by adjust-controlling an EGR valve 10 provided in an EGR passage 4 of the engine 1 with a turbo-supercharger, and boost pressure control means 41, 42 for variably adjust-controlling the boost pressure of the turbo-supercharger. In a transition stage of an operating state of the engine 1, first correcting means 51a, 51b, 51c are additionally provided, which correct a second control amount used for the EGR control means 31, 32 by using a first control amount used for the boost pressure control means 41, 42.
