SOLUTION: The light-emitting device is provided with an LED chip 1, a first lead 2 with a cup 4 for arranging the LED chip 1 at a tip, a second lead 3 that is arranged close to the first lead 2, a first resin 8 for covering the tip of the first lead 2 and the second lead 3, and a second resin 11 for covering the first resin 8. In the light-emitting device, a wavelength conversion material 9 for converting the wavelength of light that is outputted from the LED chip 1 for outputting is mixed into the first resin 8, and at the same time is arranged so that the density becomes larger in the upper region of the first resin 8 than the lower region. |
