PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a polarizing member excellent in resistance to scuffing in which a polarizing plate is protected by a superposed layer of a cross-linked resin excellent in adhesion strength. SOLUTION: A polarizing member has two or more superposed layers of a cross-linked resin layer on at least one side of a polarizing plate. The superposed layers consist of a polyfunctional radical polymerization ultraviolet curing resin of the same kind, and the upper layer contains transparent particulates at a percentage of 10% or more of occupied volume rate. The upper layer of a thin film excellent in film strength can be formed in the presence of oxygen under atmosphere, and it excels further in production efficiency. |
