PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain information that a user requires with simple and inexpensive constitution. SOLUTION: A key word included in command information on a voice inputted through a microphone 21 of an information retrieval terminal 2 is extracted by a key word analysis part and stored in a storage part 36 and it is judged whether the frequency of use of the key word stored in the storage part 36 is larger than a prescribed frequency; when it exceed prescribed frequency, an action determination part decides to access an information database on a WWW server of the internet it even prescribed time, information regarding the key word is obtained by accessing the information database by a communication part such as a communication module 33 according to the determination, and at a user's output request, the stored information is outputted as a voice through a speaker 22 or an image on a monitor 4. |
