SOLUTION: This mouse 2 is used for a personal computer that can notify its user of arrival of an e-mail when the computer is used on the Internet and the e-mail arrived at an e-mail server. The mouse 2 includes an interface part 10, a warning part 20 which gives a warning to a user when an e-mail is received, a control part 30 which controls a system to notify the user of e-mail receiving propriety via the part 20, a sound source store part 40 which transmits the stored voice data to the part 20, an electromagnetic wave interception part 50 which performs a function to intercept the electromagnetic waves to the user and a power supply circuit part 60 which supplies power.
