<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise reliability in electric connection with no sticking of a solder to an axial part of a pin nor degradation in joint strength of the pin. SOLUTION: A joint surface 124 facing a pin joint 111 of a substrate 101 in a flange 123 to which a lead pin 121 is brazed has a spherical surface. An extending tip 131a, toward the tip end side of the pin 121, of a solder 131 with which the pin 121 is brazed is allowed to be present between an outermost perimeter 127 on a surface 126 opposite to the joint surface of the flange 123 and a position not reaching an axial part 122. No joint strength degrades as the solder 131 has no narrow part.</p> |
