摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a thin outer layer wall of a centrifugally cast bent pipe for solid matter transport with an inner layer formed from high-Cr cast iron and an outer layer formed from well-weldable carbon steel or the like. SOLUTION: The pipe for solid matter transport defines a line that conveys a material including solid matters and that has a bend. The pipe comprises an outer layer of well-weldable steel, an inner layer of high-Cr cast iron including at least 10 to 35% by weight of Cr and excelling in wear resistance, and a barrier layer formed between the outer and inner layers to prevent a mutual diffusion of the alloy components of the inner and outer layers. The outer, barrier add inner layers are integrally deposited through centrifugal casting, and the pipe bend is formed when the straight pipe integrally deposited through the centrifugal casting is subjected to high-frequency bending. The barrier layer has a thickness of about 10 to 100μm.</p>
