PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the utility efficiency of radio resources by reducing the number of radio base stations for transmitting the same information to radio terminals. SOLUTION: First, radio terminals (a) are connected to a radio base station A as a multicast group G1. In such a state, a radio terminal b tries to be newly participated in the same group G1 (A). In this case, the radio terminal b exists at a position connectable to radio base stations A and B. The radio terminal banalyzes the announce signal of a perch channel transmitted by each of radio base stations and knows the radio base station A is under services to the multicast group G1. The radio terminal b selects the radio base station A and receivers multicast information under services (B).
