PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic electronic component, which is simple in structure and does have defective structures due to delamination, cracks or the like, and to provided a manufacturing method of the electronic component. SOLUTION: This laminated ceramic capacitor 10, has a laminated structure formed by alternately laminating dielectric layers 12 and internal electrode layers 14, and through-holes 18 penetrating the surfaces and rears of the layers 14 are formed at the positions, where they are linked together in an almost straight line in the direction of the lamination of the layer 2 and the layers 14, in the layers 14 adjacent to each other.
