SOLUTION: The telephone set that can inform the callee about a caller telephone number or the information terminal that can identify a caller at the arrival of an incoming call, is provided with a storage device that stores a setting time entered from an entry unit and a setting value of an incoming number of times from a predetermined caller within the set time, an incoming call notice means that is configured to inform the callee about the arrival of the incoming call at least by two methods, and a controller that changes the incoming call notice method for the incoming call notice means when the number of arrived incoming calls from a predetermined caller exceeds the setting value within the set time.
