<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and precisely detect arrival at a facility and departure from the facility by using a position detector such as a GPS mounted or con nected to portable equipment. SOLUTION: This system includes a storing means 111 for storing a position in the portable equipment, a position detecting means for detecting the present position of the potable equipment, a comparing means for comparing the present position of the portable equipment with the position stored in the storing means, an accumulating means for accumulating the coincidence and the non-coincidence of the comparing result, an editing means for editing the signals of the arrival at the facility, the start of using the facility, the departure form the facility and the finish of using the facility based on the state coincidence and the state non-coincidence of the accumulating means and transmitting them to a center. After the portable equipment receives a detailed coordinate position from the center, the equipment transmits a message that it has arrived at the detailed position, thereby confirms the position precisely.</p> |
