PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the substitution services of an invitation practicable by solving a problem that the sentences of an invitation message can not be automatically prepared only by simply utilizing a computer when the broadcasting trade tries to substitute the invitation of holding of a projection show or the like corresponding to the demand of a client to a contract. SOLUTION: By linking the data of the client to the contract, the data of a broadcasting schedule and the application of holding of the projection show or the like on the computer, the sentences of the invitation message containing a date and time or program title can be automatically prepared. |
