PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system which can manage and retrieve a large amount of documents having different characteristics at an office, etc. SOLUTION: This system is composed of document modules providing functions and performances, such as secrecy, maintainability and retrieval performance, that individual layers requires by the layers. The document modules may be an existing system. In this case, the respective document modules are document modules with very high independency which operate individually and do not collaboarte with other document modules except the movement of a document between the document modules. For example, a document that an individual creates is shared in a group and moved among document modules when converted into a document with high secrecy. |
