PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform services such as education or sales between a user and a call center in two-way manner through an Internet line by merging the distribu tion of web contents to be supplied to the web browsing of the user with a picture and voice communication means. SOLUTION: A base station 1 is connected to a terminal station 2 via an Internet line 3. The stations 1 and 2 are respectively provided with superimposing parts 19 and 29 so that two-way transmission is realized in conformity to an Internet protocol by the superimposition of video data VD and audio data AD on the data of HTML format.
