PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make strict judgment of a copy inhibition picture compatible with detection of the comparatively small operation quantity of copy inhibition pictures. SOLUTION: A picture processor identifies the copy inhibition picture by conducting a program for attaining the purpose. The processor has an input means inputting picture data corresponding to the picture, a decision means deciding an area being the object of feature detection from picture data inputted by the input means, a detection means detecting a feature for identifying the copy inhibition picture with respect to picture data corresponding to the area being the object of feature detection, which is decided by the decision means, in the pictures and an output means outputting a signal showing a detection result by the detection means. |
